I'm Dr. Paula Caligiuri
Coach, psychologist, award-winning author, researcher, professor, and entrepreneur
A more fulfilling life starts with a more honest conversation.
I help successful professionals build lives that feel as fulfilling on the inside as they may look from the outside. My clients are often accomplished, capable, and used to figuring things out on their own, but they come to coaching when something important needs deeper attention: a relationship question, a career decision, a life transition, or a growing sense that the next chapter needs to feel more honest and aligned.
My work draws on decades of experience in psychology, leadership, adult development, cultural agility, research, teaching, writing, and entrepreneurship. I bring that background into coaching in a practical, deeply human way: by listening carefully, asking direct questions, challenging assumptions, and helping you see the patterns, choices, and possibilities that may be hard to see from inside your own life.
Coaching with me is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more honest with yourself, more intentional in your choices, and more connected to the life you actually want to live.
My Approach
My approach is direct, reflective, and practical. I draw on psychology, coaching, leadership, and decades of work with accomplished professionals to help you understand what is really happening, not just what appears to be happening. Together, we look at the patterns, assumptions, choices, and tradeoffs shaping your life, relationships, and career. I will listen carefully, ask hard questions, challenge you when needed, and help you move toward decisions that are clearer, more honest, and more fulfilling.
Insight-Based-Coaching, Not Therapy
My coaching is grounded in psychology and decades of research on how people grow, adapt, make decisions, and create meaning.
I do not diagnose or treat. I help you understand the patterns, assumptions, fears, values, and tradeoffs shaping your choices so you can respond with clarity and intention.
Coaching for the Accomplished
I work with accomplished professionals because I understand the complexity of success: responsibility, ambition, identity, relationships, burnout, reinvention, and the pressure to keep performing.
We look honestly at what is working, what is costing you, and what needs to change.
